Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at Tangier airport or port (Tanger Med or Tangier city), our team will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, a city tour of Tangier might be arranged for this afternoon.

Begin your day exploring Tangier’s highlights: the Ibn Battuta Museum, the Kasbah, the historic medina, Cape Spartel, and the Caves of Hercules. After lunch, depart for Tetouan. Enjoy a short break to visit its UNESCO-listed medina and take photos at the Royal Palace gate.
Continue your journey through the scenic Rif Mountains to the charming blue city of Chefchaouen.

After breakfast, stroll through Chefchaouen’s tranquil blue streets, seemingly untouched by time, and admire panoramic city views from a mountain viewpoint. Enjoy free time for independent exploration and shopping. Later, drive to the stunning Akchour waterfalls to soak in the mountain scenery. In the afternoon, visit the Spanish Mosque, an excellent spot to watch the beautiful sunset.

Following breakfast and check-out, travel approximately 3 hours to Volubilis. Explore the impressive ruins of this UNESCO World Heritage site, one of North Africa’s best-preserved Roman cities, known for its vast layout and beautiful mosaics. Continue to the imperial city of Meknes for a short tour and lunch. Proceed to Fez for the evening.

Explore Fez, Morocco’s cultural heart, on a guided tour through the ancient Medina’s narrow streets. Visit landmarks like the Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Square, and the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), and see artisans at work in the handicraft quarters. Overnight in Fez
Depart for the Sahara Desert after breakfast. Today involves a longer drive (approx. 7 hours) towards Merzouga, showcasing Morocco’s diverse landscapes. Stop in Ifrane, known as “Moroccan Switzerland.” Near Azrou, observe Atlas cedars and potentially see Barbary apes. Enjoy a lunch break in Midelt. Continue through the scenic Ziz River gorge and valley, noticing the landscape transform into desert as you approach Merzouga and the Erg Chebbi dunes.

After breakfast, embark on a 4×4 excursion through the Erg Chebbi dunes. Visit a nomadic family for tea and insight into desert life. Continue to Khamlia village to experience traditional Gnaoua music. In the afternoon, switch to camels for a memorable trek into the dunes to reach your desert camp. Settle into your comfortable tent (with private shower/toilet). Enjoy a Moroccan dinner, Berber music around a campfire, and stargazing under the clear desert sky.

Wake early for a sunrise over Erg Chebbi dunes, then return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4. Travel to Dades Valley, stopping at Rissani’s souk and fossil workshops. Visit Tinghir’s palm oasis and hike Todra Gorge before continuing to Dades. Overnight stay.
Drive through Dades Gorges and take the ‘Road of a Thousand Kasbahs’ to Ouarzazate, passing the Valley of Roses and Skoura oasis. Visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed kasbah, then cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka pass to Marrakech. Overnight stay.
Dedicate today to exploring the vibrant “Pearl of the South,” Marrakech. Your guided tour will cover major landmarks such as the Koutoubia Mosque gardens, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and potentially the ruins of El Badi Palace. Discover the serene Majorelle Garden. After lunch, immerse yourself in the bustling souks and the electric atmosphere of Djemaa el-Fna square, experiencing its unique blend of performers, food stalls, and vendors.

Today offers a choice of scenic day trips venturing into the majestic Atlas Mountains from Marrakech. Whichever excursion you choose, you will return to Marrakech in the evening for your overnight stay.
Enjoy breakfast and some free time in Marrakech before departing for the coastal city of Essaouira (approx. 3-hour drive). Upon arrival, explore the charming UNESCO-listed medina, encircled by historic ramparts overlooking the Atlantic. Discover its relaxed atmosphere, bustling fishing harbor, art galleries, and fortifications. Overnight in Essaouira.
Savor a final morning in Essaouira after breakfast. Enjoy free time for a last stroll along the beach or ramparts, souvenir shopping, or relaxing at a seaside café. Later today, you will be transferred back towards either Marrakech or Casablanca, depending on your departure flight arrangements for tomorrow.
