"After two nights spent in a traditional Riad in Fes' Medina, we moved to the lovely Hotel Sahrai following a full day excursion to the blue city of Chefchouen. Perfect way to end a long day. Junior at the front desk had everything arranged perfectly and the elegant modern tasteful decor was somehow still Moroccoan in feel. Had a great dinner on the pool deck overlooking the lights of Fes. The following day before setting out to further explore Fes we enjoyed wonderful traditional hammam and massages with Fatima and Fatima at the spa. Would definitely recommend!"

"To understand our expectations, we typically stay at large, 5-star hotel and resorts. We found Hotel sahrai via Tauck Tours and were fortunate to stay one night. The hotel staff, including the manager, "Junior" were all very accommodating and service-oriented. They were able to arrange pick-up from the train station, a free shuttle into town, a tour for the following day, and transportation to the airport. Pros: Hotel feels chic. Great pool and views of Fes. Pool side food/snacks, on-site restaurant, and Riad Fes (sister hotel in town) all had excellent food/service. Room was large and unique with a jewel box style bathroom. Most importantly the hotel was very safe on the hill. Con: Food and drink were a little pricey and the bedroom's room air conditioning didn't get cold"
